Goals

Increase membership at the associate level to pre-COVID levels
Hold events regularly to raise one-time donations, introduce potential new members to the space, and increase recurring donors
Pursue grant and corporate funding that coincides with our community values
Long term: Secure Noisebridge's future by raising enough to buy a physical building rather than leasing
Long term: Secure Noisebridge's future by raising a full year's operating costs to be held regularly in reserve

Events — organizing small fundraising events ($100–400 class events, open houses, game jams)

NB15 Quinceañera: 15th anniversary bash at 272 Capp St. Raised funds, learned much.
2024 Year End Appeal: Raised ~$4k.
QR Code dissemination: Venmo QR codes in every room by December 2024.

Noisebridge Space Program (2016–2024)

Search for a new building. Abandoned when the 2169 lease was extended, then reborn as Spacebridge in 2024.
