Category:Guild: Difference between revisions

Guilds can serve like Working Groups, but are focused on maintaining resources, training members, and coordinating safe use & access. By contrast, working groups bolster some aspect of the space, for a defined goal and limited period of time.

Guilds should have

• A wiki page to coordinate
  • With a place in the template hierarchy
  • With Slack and Discord channels
  • With Guild/Members listed, supported in training, and testament of good and poor interactions. Ideally on a subpage, to support separate mw:Transclusion onto other pages.
  • Clearly specified resources under management.
  • Working Groups they sponsor.

Copy the source of this section into new Guild pages, and gradually replace parts with appropriate information.
