Noisebridge is a California Public Benefit Membership Corporation. We have also been determined by the IRS to be a Public Charity and exempt from Federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Our EIN is 26-3507741.

Please feel free to use them and hack them for your group's 501(c)(3) application.
Our bylaws are also freely accesssible to all.
