howdy guys,
I mentioned to a few that I
may be aware of a potentially attractive candidate for a new space; its at 16 7th street at least thats where the entrance is the space is downstairs ie the basement it has a bathroom is freshly rehabbed and painted and new ish it is a wopping 9000 sq feet well vented and I believe worthy of a look and I can it for $4000.- a momo its only very unredeeming flaw is a lack of windows per se. As mentioned is well ventilated freshly painted and rehabbed. If you guys are up for a look call me hardy at 415 3124205 or call Pete Sellars at 8611737...
