Fundamentals of Noisebridge:
* excellence to people and the space
* consensus process
* do-ocracy
What makes someone a good fit for the community?
* that they both contribute to and benefit from the community, while being excellent to each other
Membership:
* The process of becoming a big "M" member was purposefully created to be slow, and have obstacles. 
* But, it was always the case that a Member could talk with the treasurer and agree to pay what they can afford, if $40 or $80/month is too much.
* The added responsibility includes the financial aspect
Being a Big M member means:
* automatically receiving a 24/7 key
* the ability to present a hard block to a proposal in the consensus process.
