This is a bare-bones template for citations in the Summary of discussion around moving from 2169 into 272, though also usable elsewhere on this wiki. It's inspired by the Wikipedia Template:Citation, though not nearly as full-featured as that Lua-based implementation (don't expect ISBNs to work).
Mainly, Template:Cite speaker=Soandso meeting=2020 05 19 will produce an appropriate citation to that person in that meeting:
