[Library Futures https://libraryfutures.net] is hoping to host an event at Noisebridge on January 18 from 13-16 h. We'd hope to get into the space at 12:30PM for setup and leave at 16:30, providing 30 minutes for cleanup. It's a workshop to assist in our 2023 strategic planning, and we'll have librarians and library-adjacent people attending.
We hope to have it in one of the smaller classrooms (Turing or Church). This is a closed event for just Library Futures community members, probably 10 people max.
In terms of A/V, a screen with a laptop hookup would be helpful, but otherwise tables and chairs are sufficient. Thanks so much!
