Setting up per: https://matrix-io.github.io/matrix-documentation/matrix-voice/esp32/

This doesn't exactly work, so also did...

  • sudo apt-get install matrixio-protobuf
  • sudo apt-get install libmatrixio-malos
  • sudo apt-get install matrixio-malos
