Process

I support this process

• If something violates our policy, we notify them and assume an honest mistake
• If the response is combative , then we escalate to ATL
• If the person continues behavior despite the ATL, then we consense on 86

I will talk with other participants in the space about it. In public and private chat in slack, discord, or other places, and in person.

If people ask me to leave—I will.
