Cognitive behavioral therapy workbooks recommendations?

[edit | edit source]

Has anyone used any cognitive behavioral therapy workbooks that they would recommend?

I’ve been trying to deal with some difficult moods and feelings for a while now and I’m looking for some resources that to help direct some self treatment. I just recently found out that these sorts of books exist, and there seems to be a wealth of choices. I’d like to try working though one, but I’m not sure what to start with.

I’m looking at information online, but I figured I’d ask here as well.

I liked Ten Days to Self-Esteem by David D. Burns, though I haven’t tried any other workbooks.

Thank you. I’ll take a look at it.
