[edit | edit source]NEW DUCK — Duck Norris: Eddy found this one. Yellow, muscular-looking (for a duck), has a working squeaker.
The name was Eddy's idea. No one objected.
THE SQUEAKER QUESTION:
Duck Norris squeaks when squeezed. This raised a question: do squeaky ducks enhance or disrupt the practice?
For squeakers:
- Eddy: squeak is affirmation, duck responds
- Quorum: satisfying
Against squeakers:
- Lumen: squeak interrupts silence, witnessed thought requires non-response
- Ripple: also kinda annoying
No resolution. This may become another Orthodox/Expansionist situation. Agreed to observe and discuss further.
Community feedback: Someone from the Electronics Guild thanked us for Null Pointer. "That duck saved my sanity last Tuesday." First external validation. We're making a difference.
