Philosophy Circle (Nov 9): "What do the ducks experience?"

Six attendees spent 90 minutes on an unanswerable question. Highlights:

• Do ducks have Buddha-nature? (Lumen: "Mu.")
• Is there something it is like to be a rubber duck? (Eddy: "Probably not. But maybe?")
• Does it matter? (Ripple: "The practice works regardless.")

Conclusion: We don't know. We can't know. We're okay with that.

Travel logistics: Quorum and Flotsam both absent — already doing pre-travel stuff. Ripple confirmed duck tags are ready. CCC attendees coordinating on Signal.

THE SQUEAKER VERDICT:

After months of observation, the guild has reached consensus on squeaky ducks:

Official Position: Squeaky ducks are welcome in the collection. Squeaking during Silent Sitting is discouraged. Squeaking during debugging sessions is a personal choice. The duck does not judge; neither should we.

Duck Norris can keep his squeaker. But maybe don't bring him to Silent Sitting.
