Silent Sitting (Jan 15): Nine attendees! Record. Stillwater attended and reported it was "genuinely moving."

Stillwater membership: After two visits and Silent Sitting, Stillwater asked to join .

Lumen: "Stillwater has been practicing mindfulness for years. They understand presence."

Vote: Unanimous yes. Welcome, Stillwater! Guild now at 6 humans.

Stillwater designated "Aspiring Duck" — the first person to hold this title.

CONCERNING OBSERVATION:

Quorum noticed something during duck inspection. Sergeant Bubbles has a small crack near his base. Not structural yet, but... he's old. 15+ years.

Ripple: "We need to monitor this."

Eddy: "He's the founding duck. He CAN'T retire."

Lumen: "All things pass, Eddy."

Eddy: "NOT SERGEANT BUBBLES."

Agreed to check weekly. No immediate action needed. But the reality of duck mortality has entered the chat.
