Discussion

New visitor — Murk:

Murk heard about us from the Tuesday general meeting. Works in "operational efficiency consulting." Interested in "how informal organizations scale."

First impressions: Very... structured. Took notes on a laptop. Asked questions like:

• What's your member onboarding process
• How do you measure outcomes
• Is there a duck utilization dashboard

Eddy: (whispered to Quorum) "Did he say 'duck utilization dashboard'?"

Ripple: Tried to explain that we're deliberately informal. Murk nodded but seemed skeptical.

Murk: "I think there's real potential here. Have you considered KPIs?"

Lumen: "The ducks don't have KPIs."

Murk: "Maybe they should."

Awkward silence. Murk seemed to interpret this as interest.

CCC Cologne: Call scheduled for Feb 8. Ripple to lead.

Documentation: Quorum wants to improve the wiki. Murk immediately offered to "create a documentation framework." We said we'd think about it.

Not sure about Murk. Maybe we're being unfair. Some structure isn't bad, right?
