Discussion

RUTHERFORD ESCALATION

Rutherford filed a formal complaint with Noisebridge's conflict resolution process. Claims: 1. Duck pond creates "hostile environment" for mobility-impaired 2. RDG has "claimed" shared space without consensus 3. Ducks are "not aligned with Noisebridge's mission"

Ripple: "Number 3 is absurd. We're a guild like any other."

Eddy: "He's never even BEEN to a duck event. He just doesn't like us."

Lumen: "We don't know that. Let's not assume bad faith."

Conflict resolution meeting scheduled for May 6. Ripple and Lumen will represent.

Silent Sitting solution:

Lumen's proposal:

• Cap patio sessions at 12 (comfortable capacity)
• Add second session — Saturdays 10am, indoor, "Quiet Sitting with Ducks"
• First-timers encouraged to try Saturday first

Vote: Approved.

Anniversary planning:

June 9 = ONE YEAR. Ideas:

• Duck parade through the space
• Alumni invited (even Murk? "NO" — Eddy)
• Photo retrospective
• New duck acquisition?
• Statement read from Sergeant Bubbles (dictated to Ripple)
