Anniversary debrief:

We did it. 22 people. 7 ducks. Klaus cried on video call. Eddy cried in person.

Feedback collected:

• Best guild event I've attended — Sewing Guild rep
• Surprisingly moving — random attendee
• The ducks are real huh — skeptic converted

Photos circulating. Zine feature coming out next month.

Thank-yous:

• LX stopped by after party cleanup, said we "added something special"
• Synthwave Guild sent a synth-duck audio tribute (weird but appreciated)
• Three new Silent Sitting signups from party attendees

Pool check:

Quorum noticed water level seemed a bit low. Ripple topped it off.

Ripple: "Probably spillage from the party. That Synthwave cart splash."

Quorum: "Yeah, probably."

No one thought more of it.

Summer planning:

Lighter schedule ahead:

• Meetings continue (attendance may drop)
• Silent Sitting continues (Wed + Sat)
• No major events until fall
• Focus: consolidation, documentation, rest

Ripple: "We've been sprinting since January. Let's walk for a bit."
