Daniel prep:

Next week. He's bringing prototypes.

Ripple: "Let's agree on ground rules. We listen. We're respectful. We don't commit to anything on the spot."

Eddy: "And if it's terrible?"

Lumen: "We thank him for his effort and explain our position."

Quorum: "What IS our position?"

Good question. Informal poll:

• Orthodox (rubber only): Eddy, Ripple
• Expansionist (open to other materials): Pondscum
• Undecided: Lumen, Quorum, Stillwater

Lumen: "This could get heated. Should we have a neutral moderator?"

Ripple: "Like who?"

Stillwater: "What about Zoda? They do conflict stuff."

Ripple: "Let's see how it goes first. Escalate if needed."

Silent Sitting update:

Ken stopped by Wednesday. Didn't sit. Watched from doorway for 10 minutes. Left without speaking.

Lumen: he's circling. He'll land when he's ready.

Wheezy now a Wednesday regular. Comes straight from working on his one-wheeler, sits for full session, leaves quietly. Model participant.

Pondscum: does he ever talk?

Lumen: after session last week he said the ducks "get it"

Pondscum: get what

Lumen: exactly

Loren connection:

Elan connected us to Loren (Infrastructure Guild, NB treasurer). Loren interested in our documentation practices. Might visit soon.
