Loren's visit last week was great. Genuinely impressed.
Loren's notes (shared with us):
- Consistent format across 70+ meetings
- Moderator/notetaker rotation prevents burnout
- Quactions as accountability mechanism
- Will propose similar system for Infra Guild
Loren also said: "You've created institutional memory. Most NB groups don't have this."
Ripple: "We just... write it down."
Loren: "That's the hard part. You made it automatic."
