• Someone offered to donate stock for improving accessibility. Maybe a 2:1 employer match. To be discussed.

• Account is set up, set up to receive. Need to talk about how to direct funds towards accessibility.

Square footage is hard to get

Cory: Gamebridge is somewhat a lounge area. I would like a lounge area that overlap with gamer bridge. Keep gamebridge away for it not distracting main meeting.

• Ren (Reeeeen) is working on getting the sewing machine out
• Loren used the sewing machine in August '25, just needs needle hooks and oil which is normal.

Daniel: Selling machine might take awhile. If no one's used it by the time it's sold then we get rid of it.

Jet: It's very possible we can decouple

Steps to go forward:

• Talk to Alex about allocating space for Killer Queen, about deconstructing the cabinet that's there as well.

Loren: It's a part of an ecosystem. Down to try, could cause more people to try to sleep here.

Participation also means doing stuff to contribute to the space. Propose new tasks or pick some tasks from Github, from what needs to be done around you, or whatever, and see if someone will sign up to work on that task. Anyone can sign up and it's a great way to show you are contributing!
